Uber as a company sucks. Here’s an idea, try making the people that are keeping your company afloat a priority instead of cheating drivers and customers out of money) imagine that a company that isn’t a total sh/t hole. Can’t wait to continually review Uber until their Uber rating drops even lower than its pathetic star and a half.
Uber is such a shady company and they have terrible customer service. I placed an order and I ended up being charged more than double the amount. They refused to correct the total to what we agreed upon and I provided them with all of the info they requested. I even have a screenshot of what the price should be when it was in my cart. This company is absolutely horrible and they take out website glitches on their customers. Plus, their customer service is so rude and obnoxious. Shady companies like this shouldn't be in business.

Saturday May 12,2021, we had a plane to catch. 3 days before our departure we booked an Uber XL (because we had 3 suitcases) for 2pm.
At 2 p.m., the driver calls us and asks us where we are going. Surprised (because he should know it to the application we took beforehand) we tell him JFK airport and he tell us that it is too far for him (45mins) and transfer us with another driver. He arrives at 2:45 p.m. completely drugged (I'll pass you the details of the calls because he could not find our house) and tells us that he CANNOT take us because we have too many suitcases when he had plenty of room. We were already TOO LATE for our plane so we had no choice but to take our own car to go to the airport (with the parking fees that go with it). And of course when we explain this to him, he tells us I am canceling the race for you. We thank him and on our way to the airport another driver calls us to tell us he was waiting for us in front of our house, we explain the situation to him. And we saw that he credited $ 21.90. We find it unfair that they put us in trouble and make us pay for it! We're really pissed that no one drove us and on top of that we had to pay for their incompetence. And what is even less professional is that there is no COSTUMER SERVICE to contact. $#*! Uber!
Absolute shiaaaat system.
I have waited up to 45 mins for 3 different drivers to accept, & only when about arrive, cancel on me to delay the process even more.
Yet the company only lets you rate the driver after the trip so the poor block gets a bad rating and never about the service itself. SHOCKING!!!
Very bad experience in my life yesterday 1st time download the uber app this is biggest mistake in my life actually very poor services Driver Mr rahul he said 110 rs extra charge in my small mistake
The worst service I ever had. Their staffs doesn’t know English and keep asking you to wait 2 minutes then they take 30 minutes and hang up the call.
Ridiculous service I always have with uber and ripping off customers.
Let’s report them to local transportation authorities and police.
Site says 24/7 service. Tried numerous times yesterday to get a ride for a death in the family. Kept getting No driver available. Thank goodness Lyft was available also at a cheaper price. At that time price was not an issue and Uber was not 24/7
Terrible customer service, I was a Postmates driver and ever since Uber bought Postmates they have been making a transition to switch over to Uber eats. I went to apply for Uber eats, explaining that I’ve had hundreds of orders fulfilled through Postmates with no complaints… you would think that they would honor the fact that I’ve already worked for Postmates for years now. After a week of waiting for a reply they decide to email me some automated email saying they can’t enter into a contract with me at this time with no explanation or phone call. The least they could have done was explain to me over the phone why they wouldn’t let me drive for Uber eats especially after I had been working with Postmates for so long. All background checks, insurance, etc were clean when I applied for other gig apps so there should be no reason I was denied employment I already had with another company (Postmates). I emailed them countless times explaining that I already had a contract with Postmates and they should have honored it but they decided to let me go causing hardship, especially since that was my main source of income. If you were in this same situation please help me with a Class action lawsuit, they should be taking these applications on a case by case basis with PEOPLE who actually care and get back to you in a timely manner with any questions about your application. I guess they figure there will always be someone to take your place…. Basically treating you like a number that doesn’t matter. Also… they didn’t even take into consideration that I’ve been an Uber customer for years… always tipping my driver extra and leaving them good reviews because I understand how hard these guys are out there working during the pandemic and how they are putting their health at risk for us. This company needs new management. They are completely not aware of human emotions, they don’t care whether you are a driver or a customer... they just want to take everyones money and not provide any customer service. They will go out of business eventually.... you can only deal with so much before you decide enough is enough. Please! If you don’t support what this company is about then we need to band together and boycott these people for not making the customers or the drivers a priority. If you are serious then stop using ubers services.... Uber eats, etc. I will no longer give them my hard earned money just to be ignored.
Requested a ride and after 1/2 hour I attempted to contact the driver multiple times, and finally informed that he was on a long gas line in and it would be a while before he would arrive. This was during the time of the gas shortage in NC and our driver accepted the fare knowing he would not be able to pick us up for a period of time. I requested to cancel the fare, he indicated he would and I was still charged. Customer services for Uber is impossible to contact. I had to cancel the fare through my credit card company. I would never use Uber again!

Utterly Appalling customer service from their Indian call center. The website won't let me log in because I no longer have access to my old phone number, the website says I can't reset it without being logged in and can't ask for help without being logged in, I can't log in with the 2fa verification code that's being sent to my old number. called up, spoke to one of the rudest humans on the planet, never spoke to someone so unhelpful in my whole life, finally spoke to a manager who said he was sorting it out for me then hung up on me too. Absolute shambles of a company. Not only will I not be driving for them, I will never darken their door ever again after the way they have treated me. Hopefully, other people will catch on to what sort of a business this is. Horrendous
I am living in Mohali.Bad experience since 1month with uber. Driver cancelled rides repeatedly. Need to wait for a long time for someone to pickup my ride. And they put charges even when driver cancelled the rides
